Am I really a father

It seems just yesterday, I was a single guy having fun with the boys, staying out late and ‘living it up’.  But honestly, that was long ago.  Now i am a proud father of three wonderful kids and I wouldn’t go back to that time in my life for all the money in the world.

I never really understood what being a dad meant until it happened.  My wife an i had only been married for 10 months when we found out we were pregnant… boy what a shocker!  We had so many plans; travel, starting a business and too many to name.  All those dreams were suddenly put on hold.  We were going to be parents.

Now our lives are filled with the joys and pains of our children.  And for all of you who have the honor of being parent, you understand just how lucky you our.

This blog will be my diary as a father.  My accomplishments and my failures (hopefully not many) will be the theme of this site.  I hope you enjoy the ride.
